William Connely Walley

WALLEY BAY MINETTE, AL William Connely Walley, age 85, a native of Sand Hill, MS, and a resident of Bay Minette, AL passed away Sunday, November 12, 2023 at a local hospital surrounded by loved ones. Mr. Walley was the owner operator of Spanish Clipper Barber Shop for over fifty years, member of Spanish Fort Church of Christ where he was a charter member and song leader. His hobbies include fishing, spending time with his family, and pranking his customers. He was known for his sense of humor, giving the warmest hugs and his love for his family. He is survived by his wife of sixty-two years, Pat Walley of Bay Minette, AL; two daughters, Karen (Gordon) Casey of Celina, TX, and Cheryl (Phil) Williams of Bay Minette, AL; three sisters, Mittie James of Fort Worth, TX, Frances Herring of Sand Hill, MS, and Sara Freeman of Morton, MS; three grandchildren, Autumn (Jon) Coster, Landon (Kelley) Casey, and Lauren Casey; four great grandchildren, Barak, Makynlie, Kamden, and Lincoln; many other relatives and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at 11:00am at Spanish Fort Church of Christ. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time.
