William "Rick" Richard Sherman, Sr.

William “Rick” Richard Sherman, Sr. age 77, a resident of Foley, AL, passed away at his home Tuesday, December 28, 2021. Rick was an Army National Guard veteran; he loved his church, boating, fishing and photography. He is survived by his wife, Patricia M. Sherman; his children, William R. Sherman, Jr. of Hartselle, AL, Angela Thompson of North Chesterfield, VA and Scott A. Sherman of St. Mary’s, GA; eleven grandchildren; nephew, Russell Trancygier and niece, Kim Trancygier; other relatives and friends. The family will hold a private graveside service. A Memorial Service for William "Rick" Sherman, Sr. will be held Saturday, January 8, 2022 at 11:00am from Oyster Bay Baptist Church.
