William John Passuello

PASSUELLO FOLEY, ALABAMA William John Passuello, 86, of Foley, Al, passed away on March 17, 2019 in Mobile, AL. Bill was born on November 6, 1932 in Chicago, IL, to Henry and Matilda (Nicolaisen) Passuello. He was raised in Wheatfield, IN, and graduated from Tefft High School in 1952. On November 28, 1953 he and Yvonne Stokke were married in Valparaiso, IN, and had four children, Debra (Rob) Walker, Susan (Kendall) Swanberg, Kathleen Hoover and David (Teresa) Passuello. Bill was an employee of Northern Indiana Public Service Company for 36 years, retiring in 1991 to Deming, NM, where he and Yvonne spent 7 years, until her death in 1998. Bill was a longtime member of the Lions Club in both Indiana and New Mexico and enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and traveling. The past 18 years have been spent with his companion Beth Barry in Gulf Shores, AL, and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan with Beth and her family. Preceded in death by his parents, wife, son-in-law, Rick Hoover, brother Clifford and sister Mildred Buckingham. Bill is survived by his four children, six grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. Also by Beth Barry and her family. A Memorial service will be held at 4:00pm on March 21, 2019 at Gulf Breeze RV Park, 19800 Oak Rd. W, Gulf Shores, AL 36542.
