William Hall

William Carrolton Hall, age 86, a resident of Foley, AL, passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2023.

He was a US Air Force veteran, a member of St. Margaret of Scotland Parish.  Bill loved raising prize winning rabbits and tomatoes.  Bill was retired from IBM after 31 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Tracy D and Carly Hall and his brother, Frank Hall.

He is survived by his wife, Alice Connor-Hall, Foley, AL; daughter, Billie (Erland) Ortiz, Lafayette, CO; sons, Tracy (JoJo) Hall, Foley, AL, Sean (Janet) Hall, Bellingham, WA and Tony Hall, Foley, AL; sister, Marilyn Barnes, Nicholasville, KY; granddaughter, Lela Ortiz; many other loving relatives and friends.

Memorial Mass and inurnment 10:00 AM, March 9, 2023 at St. Margaret of Scotland Parish, Foley.  A luncheon will follow in the Parish Hall.
