William Joseph Godard

William Joseph Godard, age 89, a lifelong resident of Fairhope, passed away on Saturday, December 8, 2018. He loved to fly and was an aviation enthusiast. He was a lifetime member of St. James Episcopal Church, a member of the Fairhope Yacht Club, and the EAA. Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Sally Godard of Fairhope; son, Joe Godard of Gulf Breeze; daughter, Leane Godard Johnson of Fairhope; grandchildren, Cliff Godard and Alex Athey; faithful dog, Zoe; many other loving relatives and friends. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Colony Cemetery.
