William "Donnie" Donald Mixson

William Donald “Donnie” Mixson, a lifelong resident of Fairhope, passed away Friday, December 1, 2023, at the age of 67. Preceding him in death was his wife, Garril. He is survived by his children, Melissa Mixson of Mobile, Samantha (Jay) Cook of Pensacola, Kelly Cramer of Fairhope and Jacob Mixson, also of Fairhope; ten grandchildren; sisters, Donna Davis of Seminole, AL and Jeanne Halfield of Loxley; brothers, Randy (Debbie) Mixson of Marlow, AL, Robin (Theresa) Mixson of Mobile, AL, Ricky (Loveda) Mixson of Pace, FL, Ronnie (Stacey) Mixson of Marlow, AL and Mark (Loretta) Mixson of Robertsdale, AL and many other loving relatives and friends. A Celebration of Donnie’s life will be held Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at 11:00am in the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope. Visitation will begin at 10:00am. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to St. Joseph’s Hospice and his Caregivers and special family/friends, Linda Jennings and Norma Keller.
