TURNER FOLEY, ALABAMA Virginia Ruth Turner, age 89, a resident of Foley, AL passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2018. Preceded in death by her husband, Robert Turner. Ruth is survived by her sons, James E. Smith, Jr. of Loxley, Jerry Smith of Foley, AL., one granddaughter, three great grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.
