Shirley Sams Grissom

Shirley Sams Grissom, age 86, a native of Birmingham and a resident of Daphne passed away Saturday, June 3, 2017. She is preceded in death by her husband, Edwin C. Grissom, Sr. and her son, Edwin C. Grissom, Jr. Shirley is survived by her brother, Alan (Peggy) Sams of Daphne; granddaughter, Kristen (Woody) Wood of Plano, TX;  great-grandson,  Alex Elmore of Plano, TX; niece, Lisa (Brad) Rudler of Eugene, OR; nephew, David (Cindy) Sams of West Jefferson, OH; great nephews, Nathan Sams of West Jefferson, OH, Avery Rudler of Eugene, OR;  many other relatives and friends. A Celebration of Shirley’s life will be celebrated, Saturday, June 10, 2017,  at  10:00 AM at the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Daphne.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 9:00 AM until service time.
