Sherlon "Ray" Weston

Sherlon “Ray” Weston, age 83, a native of Atmore, Alabama, and a resident of Fairhope, Alabama, passed away Monday, October 21, 2019. Ray was a U.S. Navy Veteran, a retired police officer with Fairhope Police Department, an avid fisherman, fan of the Atlanta Braves, Alabama football fan; and he loved helping people. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Rosalie K. Weston of Fairhope; daughter, Roxanna Weston Gartman (Butch) of Summerdale; sons, Lennis Weston (Karen) of Loxley and Dennis Weston (Melinda) of Magnolia Springs; eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Renee’ Weston Bass; brother, Joseph Arvin Weston and sister, Rebecca Seiple. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 24, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time.
