Sara "Sally" Sims

On Sunday, October 31st, 2021, Sara Watson Sims, loving wife and mother of three children, passed away at age 53.

Sara, or as her loved ones knew her, Sally, was born on February 6, 1968 in Montgomery, Alabama. On November 29th, 1991 she married Paul Wesley Sims. They raised one son, Blake, and two daughters, Sarah Megan and Emily Regan.

Sally had a passion for cooking, as well as home decorating. She was a firm believer in keeping a candle lit and having a vase of flowers present at all times. She was an avid music lover and enjoyed many country artists’ concerts over the years. Sally had a love for traveling. Some of her favorite memories include her travels around the world with her husband, Paul. She was known for her selflessness, compassion, and kind and forgiving spirit. Her grand babies were here entire world and she was a wonderful “Sissy” to them. Always showering them with love and adornment.

Sally is preceded in death by her father, George and her mother, Nancy, both of whom she adored dearly. She is survived by her husband, Paul, her three children, Blake, Megan, and Regan, her sisters Inda, Kim, Ellyn, and Elizabeth, her five grandchildren, Braylin, Tristan, Jaxon, Mason, and Tatum, and many other family members and friends.
