Sandra Pippin Foster, 70, passed away on Sunday, June 13, 2021 surrounded by her loved ones. She called Macon and Byron, GA home for 40 years. She was a graduate of Central High School in Phenix City, AL. Sandra spent many years volunteering for multiple church outreach programs and providing meals for those in need. She retired from JC Penneys and was a member of the United Methodist Church, the Red Hats Society and she loved baking, sewing, crafting and reading. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Maggie Pippin of Phenix City, AL; sister, JoAnne Norwood, Fayetteville, NC. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Seaborn “Butch” Foster; daughters, Cynthia (Shelby) Hartfield, Petal, MS, Kristen (Joe) Benini, Fairhope, AL; grandchildren, Kelsey, Cameron, Kason and Rebekah; siblings, John (Wanda) Pippin, Mooresville, NC, Deborah (Ron) Brown, Centralia, WA and Rhonda (Ross) Tyner, Smith Station, AL. She was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in her twenties and spent the majority of her life battling RA and the additional medical complications that arose from it.
