Sallie Thornton

Sallie Thornton, a longtime resident of the Eastern Shore, passed away on Friday April 26, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband William Thornton and is survived by her brother, Robert S. Adcock (Jean), her sister Mary Gayle Cole, a niece, nephews and a long time friend and caregiver Lydia Bush. Sallie worked for 50 years in the banking and title insurance industry and retired from Realty Title Company in Mobile. She was an active member of the First Baptist Church of Spanish Fort for many years and later became a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Daphne.
