Ronald Wayland Boone

Ronald Wayland Boone, age 75, resident of Fairhope, AL, passed away Sunday, September 30, 2018. Ronald was a member of First Baptist Church of Fairhope and a retired teacher in the Baldwin County School system. He loved radio controlled airplanes, motorcycles, and movies with friends. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Betty Boone; four siblings, Jackie Miller, Bonnie Harris, Walter Boone, and Randy Boone. He is survived by his wife, Kathryn Boone of Fairhope; 3 daughters, Gayle (Ken) Holyfield of Charleston, SC, Christa (Jack) Seal of Nashville, TN, Darlene (Raymond) Warren of Atlanta, GA; son, Matt (Kimberly) Boone of Birmingham; 3 stepdaughters, Karen (John) Luce, Susan (Rob) Hanner, Laura (Matt) Cepeda, all of Fairhope; brother, Marvin Earl (Moonyene) Boone of Bay Minette; 12 grandchildren; Gumbo, his constant companion; other loving relatives and friends. A Celebration of Ronald’s life will be held on Monday, October 8, 2018 at 10:00 am at First Baptist Church of Fairhope. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donation be made to the M.D. Anderson Cancer Research, P.O.
