Rodney Paul Clyatt

Rodney Paul Clyatt, age 84, a resident of Fairhope AL, passed away Monday, August 1st, 2022. Paul (as he liked to be called) was born in Mobile Alabama October 8, 1937. He graduated from McGill Institute in 1956 and continued higher education at Spring College and in Texas. He started with the space program in 1964. Paul became a member of NASA and was in the procurement division during the Apollo program. He retired in 1998. Paul was a loving father, father-in-law, stepfather, grandfather, and the best husband one dreams of. A gentle soul, Paul was the Peace maker. A Celebration of Life service will be held at St. James Episcopal Church, on September the 23rd at 1:00pm, followed by a reception at the Church Hall. In lieu of flowers, a donation to The Haven Pet Shelter, www.havenforanimals.org or the Alzheimer’s Association at www. Alz.org will be appreciated.
