Rhonda Lee Anderson

Rhonda Lee Anderson, a resident of Fairhope, Alabama, passed away Sunday, March 23, 2025, at the age of 61.

She was born in Nebraska but relocated to Baldwin County in 1990 with her forever soulmate Randy. She was a hard-working wife and mother for many years until the loss of her husband in 2010. She had a contagious smile and a laugh that filled a room. She was a lover of dogs and music, and an amazing cook. She was a big kid at heart and a great advice giver back in her earlier years. She also could keep you on the phone for hours if you let her.

Her loss will affect many individuals around the country however, there is some peace knowing she is now in the loving arms of her husband once again where she has craved to be since his passing.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Randy Lee Anderson. Mother Alice Peterson. Grandparents Jack and Margaret Leonard.

Rhonda is survived by Daughters Tiffany Sacher, Brandi Gilreath and Maura Matejka. Son-in-Laws Eric Sandoval, Benjamin Gilreath, and Matt Matejka. Father Ronald Jokumsen and Stepmother Cathy. Stepfather Gary Peterson. Brother Jack Jokumsen. Step Siblings: Bryon Jokumsen, Brenda Jokumsen, Gary Peterson, and Greg Peterson. Grandchildren: Wrenley Sandoval, Hunter Conway, Blake Conway, Madalynn Fleming, Abigail Gilgreath, Cody Matejka. Tristen Anderson, Marissa Barlow, and Nathan Matejka; Great Grandchildren, Chase Conway, Waylon Barlow and Emersyn Barlow.

A celebration to honor Rhonda’s life will be held Wednesday, April 2, 2025, from 3:00 until 6:00pm at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope.
