Randy Alan Williams

Randy Alan Williams, a resident of Fairhope, Alabama, passed away Saturday, February 22, 2025, at the age of 36.

Preceding him in death were his grandparents, John and Emma Williams.

He is survived by his parents, Mark and Angie Williams; brothers, Joel Williams (Brooklin), Austin Williams (Baylee) and Jaron Hastings (Megan); grandparents, William and Lucille Phillips; nephews, Warren Williams and Camden Hastings; niece, Kaydence Hastings; many other loving relatives and dear friends.

If you knew Randy, you loved him. He was the living proof of the saying, “Don’t judge a book by its cover.” Randy was a burly man who stood tall and strong on the outside. For the past 15 years he always wore a hat and had a long beard, making him appear intimidating to the average person. However, after just ten minutes of conversation with Randy, you couldn’t help but adore him. His imposing appearance was overshadowed by his enormous heart. 

Randy never met a stranger; if he did, it wouldn’t last long. His laughter was contagious, especially when he was teasing his younger brothers. He was a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend to so many people in the community. Randy was a very talented woodworker and craftsman by trade. He was passionate about many things, from spending countless hours polishing his motorcycles to his love for RC cars. He was a persistent car enthusiast, and any where he went, he always had an eye for it. 

His absence has left our community a little dimmer. Randy was a light in so many people’s lives and will be forever missed and loved by all. Randy was such a unique human being. To know him was to love him, and never forget him. 

Funeral services will be held Friday, February 28, 2025, with visitation  beginning at 12:00 p.m. at  Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope and Funeral service to follow at 1:00 p.m.

He will be laid to rest at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Stapleton, AL. Immediately following the burial, there will be a celebration of life at the Williams Residence located at 12055 Bay Street Fairhope, AL.
