Pamela Sue Smith Boone June 19, 1945 ~ July 1, 2021 Born in Chattanooga, Tennessee to Clarence and Bessie Smith, Pamela Sue graduated from Central High School and then, The Massie College of Business in Atlanta, Georgia. Pam married Rick Boone and moved to his hometown of Fairhope, Alabama, where they raised three children; Amanda, Randy and Brian. Pam was very active in the Fairhope community. She served in St. James’ Episcopal Mother’s Day Out program. As president of the Fairhope High School PTA, she was instrumental in establishing the Academic Letter Club, as well as, an Alumni Directory. She served as the secretary of The Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce for several years. Pam loved photography and was also a gifted artist – especially with beach/ocean-themed arts and crafts. She loved to travel with Rick and the Port City Corvette Club. Pam is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Frederick (Rick) Boone; and her daughter Amanda Major (Carl) and their children Madison, Carson and Grayson; her son Randall Boone (Regina) and their children Meredith and Chase; and her son Brian Boone (Nicole) and their son Griffin. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, July 5, 2021 from 10:00am to 11:00am at the Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope Chapel. Graveside services will follow at 11:30am at the Colony Cemetery in Fairhope.
