Ottilie Wintermeyer Halstead

Ottilie Wintermeyer Halstead, age 105, native of Germany and resident of Fairhope, AL, passed away Friday, November 15, 2019. Mrs. Halstead was a member of  the Fairhope Unitarian Church in Fairhope along with other local organizations.  She was a big supporter of the Audubon Society, Fairhope Library, Coastal Community Colleges, Weeks Bay Foundation, Fairhope-Point Clear Rotary Youth Club.  She contributed to various other causes. Her friends say she often saw a need and volunteered her time and finances to fill that need. Mrs, Halstead is survived by a host of loving friends and  several relatives in Germany.
