Mildred Eloise Taylor

TAYLOR DAPHNE, AL. Mildred Eloise Middleton Taylor, Age 91, a native of Loxley, AL and a resident of Daphne, AL., passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2023. Mrs. Taylor was the wife of the late Rev. Gerald Wayne Taylor, Sr. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. Mrs. Taylor was also an active member of City Hope Church. She is preceded in death by her husband Wayne Taylor, a son, Darren Taylor, one brother, Billy Middleton; two sisters, Jeanette Katsinas and Bertha Mae Sinclair. Survivors include a brother, J.W. Middleton (Nell); three sons, Pastor Jerry ( Jerri) Taylor of Loxley, AL, Rev. Gary (Penny) Taylor of Loxley, AL, and Robin ( Stephanie) Taylor of Cleveland, TN; twelve grandchildren; twenty two great- grandchildren; other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at City Hope Church in Daphne from 11:00am until time of the service at 1:00pm. Interment will follow at Silverhill Cemetery.
