Michael Thurston Barry, age 72, a resident of Fairhope, AL, passed away Wednesday, October 27, 2021. He is survived by his daughter, Michelle Barry Pierce of Fairhope; son, John Edward Barry of Gulf Breeze, FL; sister, Eleanor Thornell of Cleveland, AL; brother, Dick Barry (Judy) of Irondale, AL; grandchildren, Matthew Pierce, Christian Pierce, Blakely Barry and Jordan Barry; mother of his children, Connie Johnson (Ken) of Pell City, AL, cousins, Ruth Azzaro and Frank (Pat) Zark; nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope, on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, at 12:30pm. Visitation will begin one hour prior to service. Interment will follow at the Alabama State Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery, Spanish Fort. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to a charity of your choice in memory of Michael.
