Merlynn Glatfelter

Merlynn Glatfelter, age 73, a resident of Daphne, passed away Thursday, October 20, 2022. Merlynn attended Murphy High School in Mobile, AL. She was a Graduate of the University of South Alabama in 1989. Merlynn worked for the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office as a Criminal Intelligence Analyst. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William Steve Glatfelter; son, Steven Keith Glatfelter; sister, Constance Marie Alford. She is survived by Two children, Meredith Glatfelter Langley of Daphne, AL., Charles Nathan Glatfelter of Daphne, AL.; brothers, Jarrell Manuel of Arabi, LA.; grandchildren, Christopher Nathan Garrett of Daphne, AL., Sienna Marie Langley of Fairhope, AL., Justice Michael Langley of Fairhope, AL., nieces, nephews and many other loving relatives and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, October 28, 2022 at 3:00pm at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Daphne chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
