Maria Christina DiCocco, a resident of Fairhope, Alabama, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 13, 2024, at the age of 71.
Ms. DiCocco was born in Newark, NJ on March 1, 1953, and was the daughter of the late Galliano and Nunziata Fantozzi DiCocco.
Throughout her life, she worked as an administrative assistant for various financial institutions, and most recently, as a caretaker to various members of her community. A member of 3 Circle Church, she was avidly involved in daycare programs and enjoyed gardening, traveling, and dancing in her free time.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Liliana Brennan and sister-in-law, Polly DiCocco.
Maria is survived by her sons, Jason (Sandy) DiCocco of Woodstock, GA and Jeremy (Courtney) DiCocco of Stewartstown, PA; brothers Mario DiCocco of Venice, FL and John (Claire) DiCocco of Succasunna, NJ; grandchildren, Logan, Tommy, J.J. and Lily DiCocco; other relatives and close friends.
A celebration of Maria’s life will be held at 3 Circle Church on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at 10am.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Maria’s memory made be made to 3 Circle Church Hope Center.
