Margarete Elise Bohling

BOHLING PERDIDO BEACH, AL. Margarete Elise Bohling, Age 93 born and raised in Berlin , Germany passed away on April 11, 2020. Her husband , George was a soldier in WWII, they met in 1948 married and lived most of their married life in upstate New York and retired to Alabama in the late 70’s. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse working in New York and Pensacola, FL. She is preceded in death by her husband, George. Survivors include two daughters, Doreen Tobin of Lenhartsville, PA. and Yvonne Ambrose of Perdido Beach, AL; one son, Reinhard (Linda) Bohling of Jacksonville, FL; seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; other relatives and friends. A Celebration of Mrs. Bohling’s life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations to the Baldwin County Animal Shelter or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
