Margaret Elizabeth Morris

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Margaret Elizabeth Morris.  Born on February 5, 1940, in Brewton, Alabama, she graced this world with her warm spirit for 85 remarkable years. Margaret departed this life on February 14, 2025, in Foley, Alabama, surrounded by the love of her family.

Margaret was a devoted wife, mother, sister, and grandmother, whose unconditional love touched all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Wes Morris, Jr., who was her partner and confidant throughout their wonderful years together. Their love remains an enduring symbol of the beauty found in companionship, and she now rejoins him in eternal peace.

She is survived by her cherished daughters, Deborah Marie Ebert, Beverly Ann Bates, and Angela House, who carry forward her legacy of kindness, humor, and integrity. Her son, Billy Morris, also remains to honor the beautiful life lessons and unwavering support she so generously imparted.

Mrs. Morris took immense pride in her five grandchildren, Danielle, Amanda, Chase, James and Kylin, whose laughter and joy filled her life with light and purpose. Each moment spent with them was a treasured memory, and they will forever hold her close within their hearts as they strive to emulate her compassion and warmth.

She was preceeded in death by her brother Carl Sessions and she is also survived by her beloved sister, Barbara Ann Graham, and her dear sister Janice White. Together, they shared countless stories, laughter, and love that knit their family together—a bond that Margaret cultivated with great care.

Margaret Elizabeth Morris will be remembered for her infectious smile, her strength in facing life's challenges, and her nurturing spirit that made every gathering a special occasion. In every shared meal, every heartfelt conversation, and every simple moment of joy, Margaret's presence will be profoundly missed, yet eternally cherished by those whose lives she touched.

A private funeral will be made at a later date.
