Leroy Shamburger

Leroy Shamburger, age 61, a resident of Gulf Shores, AL passed away Sunday, December 26, 2021. Leroy was a U.S Army veteran, who retired after 34 years of service to his country. He was a loving father, a devoted husband, and a trusted friend to many, near and far. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Shamburger; his son, Thomas Shamburger; his sister, Eula Scorver; his three brothers, Jerry Jones, Alvin Shamburger, and Theophus Shamburger; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Foley, AL on Friday, January 7, 2022 at 12:30 P.M. Visitation will be open to friends one hour prior to the service time. Interment will follow at the Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spanish Fort, AL at 2:30 P.M.
