ORANGE BEACH, AL  Latricia Flash Short, age 73, a native of Shubuta, MS and a resident of Orange Beach, AL, passed away Friday, June 9, 2017. She is survived by her daughter, Lucy Beam (Braxton) of Gulf Shores; 2 sons, Jacob (Jeri) Toney of Gautier, MS and Trent H. Short of Mobile; 2 grandchildren, Lona West Short and Elijah Casey Pate; 1 brother, Kenneth (Nadine) Flash of Arizona; nephew, Major Lee Flash; her companion, Phil Nichols of Quitman, MS; many other relatives and friends.Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Foley, Tuesday, June 13, 2017, at 6:00pm.   The family will receive friends from 4:00pm until the service time.Graveside services and interment will be in Shubuta Cemetery, Shubuta, MS, Saturday, June 17, 2017 at 2:00pm.
