Joy Ann Stuedeman

Joy "Jody" Ann Stuedeman, age 78, a resident of Lillian, AL passed away Monday, February 28, 2022. Jody graduated from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. She also received her master's degree and taught public and private school for 40 years. She was a member of Canterbury Methodist Church in Birmingham, AL and attended the Episcopal Church of the Advent in Lillian, AL. Jody is survived by her husband of 58 years, Thomas R. Stuedeman; daughter, Amy Lynn Stuedeman both of Lillian, AL, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends. Graveside service will be held from the Elberta Public Cemetery, Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at 11:00am. The family will receive friends at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Elberta, Tuesday, March 8, 2022 from 10:00am until 11:00am. A Memorial service will be held from the Episcopal Church of the Advent, Lillian, Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at 1:00pm. Memorial donations can be made to the Episcopal Church of the Advent or a charity of your choice.
