Joseph Anthony Jones

Joseph Anthony Jones, age 37, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, January 6, 2024. Joseph was a longtime hairstylist in Fairhope, Mobile and New Orleans. He attended Baker and Mary G. Montgomery Schools. He is survived by his parents, James A., and Sheila F. Jones of Bay Minette, AL; brother, Jesse (Jessica) Jones; nephew, Jake Jones all of Loxley; Aunts, Julia (Mike) Bignoli of Dothan, Julie (David) Jones of California, Dorothy (Mike) Ledbetter of Tampa, Linda (David) Stoutner of Idaho, Sarah (Matt) Eveland of Pocatello, ID and Nancy Dillard of Fairhope; Uncles, Dan Root of Semmes, Bill (Susan) Jones of Nashville, Tim (Sonya) Jones of Loudon, TN and Herbie (Sharon) Jones of Knoxville; Cousins, Jennifer (Raymond) Jones of Semmes, Danny (Shannon) Root of Chelsea, AL, Heather Hayes of Semmes; 2nd cousins, Victoria (Matt) Williams of Tuscaloosa, David Hayes of Semmes, William Root of Nashville and Thomas Root of Auburn, and a host of nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Daphne, AL on Friday, January 12, 2024 at 2:00pm. Family will receive friends Friday, January 12, 2024 from 12:00pm until time of service.
