John Warren "Jack" West

John Warren “Jack” West He was preceded in death by his parents, Mary Francis Carter and Warren Beal West. Survived by his daughter Alexandrea Claire West of Mobile, AL; his sisters, Mary Ann Corte (Julio) of Daphne, AL ,Lynn West Berchelmann (John) of San Antonio, TX, and Debra Ann Gerber (Dan) of Santa Ynez, CA; his beloved friend, Gale Majors of Fairhope, AL; 3 nieces; 2 nephews; and numerous grand-nieces and nephews. Jack touched many lives as the creative force behind the iconic Judge Roy Bean in Daphne, AL. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed everything from hunting to sailing. He took great pride and joy in passing along to others, his passion for fly fishing. While fighting his illness, he organized on-going blood drives through Life South and raising money for Pilots for Christ, to help cancer victims. He was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church in Daphne. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, July 19, 2017, at 11:00 at Christ the King Catholic Church in Daphne, AL. The family will receive friends beginning at 10:30 am until time of service. A private Interment will be held in Belforest Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Pilots for Christ, P.O. Box 707, Monroeville, AL 36461.
