Joanne Foster

Joanne Foster, age 80, originally from New Hampshire, passed away on September 30, 2024, peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer. Joanne was the beloved wife of Brooks Foster, with whom she shared many years of memories and love. She leaves behind her cherished children: Louise and husband John Limoge, Susan Glover, Julie Chouinard, Steve Foster, Todd and wife Heather Foster, Jason and wife Katie Foster, and Bryan and wife Charlene Foster.

Joanne was also a proud grandmother to ten wonderful grandchildren: Eric Limoge, Brittney Limoge, Stacia Alves, Nick Wilson, Chandler Glover, Colby Foster, Cameron Foster, Allison Foster, Kiley Foster and Madeline Foster. She was blessed to be a great-grandmother to her precious great-grandchild, Elliana Alves.

Joanne found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loved taking cruises where she could explore new places with her husband and family. She had a passion for arts and crafts, always creating something special for her loved ones. Joanne also enjoyed bird watching, finding peace and beauty in the world just outside her window. Known for her “gift of gab,” Joanne was always ready for a conversation, brightening the day of anyone who crossed her path with her stories and kind words.

Joanne’s warmth, laughter, and love touched the lives of many, and her spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew her. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
