Joan Hayes, age 83, a resident of Fairhope, AL, passed away Thursday January 23, 2020.Mrs. Hayes was a member of Fairhope United Methodist Church, serving as a former Stephen minister.She was preceded in death by her husband Ottis Hayes, her sister, Joy Payne.She is survived by her sons, Brian N. Hayes ( Kelly) of Fairhope, AL, Charles Hayes ( Leslie) of Birmingham, AL. ; grandchildren, Ella M. Hayes, Evy Jewell Hayes, Elyse Hayes, Nolan Hayes, Henry Hayes. ; Many other loving relatives and friends.Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home on Sunday January 26, 2020 at 1 pm.The family will receive friends on Sunday January 26, 2020 from 11:00AM until service time.Interment will be in Eastern Gate Cemetery, Pensacola, FL.In lieu of flowers the family suggests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society or Fairhope United Methodist Church.
