Jean VanEnk Crittenden, a resident of Fairhope, AL, passed away Sunday, March 17, 2024, at the age of 93.
She a was loving wife, mother, grandmother (Mamoo), and great-grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 67 years, Dale Anthony Crittenden, parents John and Clara VanEnk, brothers Harry (Bertha) VanEnk and Alvin (Jennie) VanEnk, and great-granddaughter Clara Grace Caswell.
She is survived by her daughter Jody (Cliff) Pitman of Fairhope, AL, sons Jeff (Mary) Crittenden of Dothan, AL, Perry (Robin) Crittenden of Daphne, AL, and Jerry (Cindy) Crittenden of Spanish Fort, AL, grandchildren Jenna (Ryan) Caswell, Jill (Jake) Pose, Jana (Tanner) Boothe, Clay (Mary Emma) Pitman, Matthew Crittenden, Ryan (Matthew) Melin, Morgan (Steve) Bergin, Abbi (Alex) Gouin, and Luke Crittenden, eleven great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and numerous friends.
A private memorial service to honor Jean’s life will be held at a later date.
