Jay Robert Tack

Jay Robert Tack, age 79, a native of Milwaukee, WI and a resident of Oshkosh, WI and Fairhope, AL, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Wednesday, December 28, 2022. He was a United States Army Veteran and an Educator. Mr. Tack is survived by his wife, Mary Tack of Fairhope; daughter, Connie (Joseph) Olszewski of Oshkosh, WI; grandchildren, Olivia Olszewski and Adam Olszewski, along with other relatives and friends.
