Janice Kathryn Goodwin

Janice Kathryn “Kathy” Goodwin, 60, of Daphne, Alabama, entered into the arms of Jesus on Friday, March 4, 2022. Kathy was born on July 13, 1961 at Providence Hospital in Mobile, Alabama to Giles and Rebecca Tomlin. She attended Fairhope High School. She made her profession of faith at Bethel Baptist Church in Robertsdale, AL. She was an active member of Bible Baptist Church in Spanish Fort. Kathy married John Randall “Randy” Goodwin on October 7, 2011. She enjoyed spending time with family and her beloved fur babies. She also loved to travel and enjoyed seeing new places. Surviving are husband, Randy Goodwin of Daphne, AL; parents Giles and Rebecca Tomlin, of Spanish Fort, AL; daughter Tiffany (Daniel) Smith and son Korey (Dana) Brown; as well as bonus daughters, Mandy (Geoff) Nichols, Ashley Goodwin (Corey Spradley), and Kayley (Jon) Stroud. She is affectionately known as “Gigi” by her grandchildren Makenzie, Taytum, Braxton, Jax, Violet, Cordelia and Brooks. She was preceded in death by her brother, Kenny (K.T.) Tomlin. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 9, 2022, from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Daphne Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2022, beginning at 2:30pm at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Daphne Chapel, with graveside services to follow at Holly Hills Cemetery, Bay Minette, AL. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Baldwin County Animal Shelter can be made in honor of Kathy Goodwin.
