Henry “Trey” Lee Mullen III, a resident of Fairhope, AL, passed away Sunday, June 19, 2022, at the age of 35. Trey is survived by his son, Henry Lee Mullen IV of Orange Beach; parents, Suzanne Mullen and Lee Mullen of Fairhope; sister, Leilani Moore (Billy) of Summerdale; nieces, Angel and Analeese Moore; maternal grandparents, Meriam and Ralph Neise of Fairhope; aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
