Fred Daniel Hagendorfer

HAGENDORFER LILLIAN, ALABAMA Fred Daniel Hagendorfer, age 72 a resident of Lillian, AL, passed away on September 16, 2020. Fred was born on October 24, 1947 in Foley, Alabama. He graduated from Catholic High School in 1965. After graduation, he joined his father in the farming business. Fred was an entrepreneur with creative ideas who was always eager to pursue new business ventures. He started the Louisiana Pallet Company in 1984. Fred’s interests included boating, fishing, hunting, and other outdoor activities. He was a sociable man who had many great stories to tell. He lived life to the fullest. He was strong, determined, and resilient. He loved fixing things and staying active. Fred is preceded in death by his parents Fred and Sophie Hagendorfer. Fred is survived by his daughter Sharon (Terry) Ferrell, son Richard (Laura) Hagendorfer, son Ross (Theresa) Hagendorfer, and daughter Jenna Ardoin and spouse Justin Ardoin; his grandchildren Trevor and Kayla Braddock, Peirceton Hagendorfer, Asher and Rowan Hagendorfer, Addison and Austin Ardoin,; his siblings Irene Kaiser, Theresa Papa, and Marilyn Laird and a great grandson, Jackson Braddock. Mass of Christian Burial will be held from St. Bartholomew’s Catholic Church, Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at 10:00am. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time.
