Frances Phillips

Frances Minchew Phillips, 95, a resident of Foley passed away on Monday, June 21, 2021. She was a resident of Summerdale for many years where she ran the Senior Center. She was retired from Monsanto and was an active member of the Foley Church of God. She is survived by her children, Joseph (Mary) Hubbard, Glenn (Lora) Hubbard, Marsha Watton; 7 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at 10:00 AM, Friday, June 25, 2021 at the Foley Church of God. Interment to follow at Marlow United Methodist Cemetery, Summerdale.
