Florence M. Potter

Florence M. Potter, age 89, a longtime resident of Fairhope, peacefully passed away Saturday, November 25, 2017. Raised in Ozark, Alabama and a longtime resident of Fairhope, she recently resided at the Robertsdale Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. She was an active member of the Fish River Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph H. Potter (March 2009) and daughter, Mary Louise Blair (August 2013). She is survived by her sons, Joey Potter of Decatur, GA, Mitchell (Keiko) Potter of Pensacola, FL, and John Potter of Longview, WA; daughter, Ruth Ann (Marv) Strom of Klamath Falls, OR; nine grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 1, 2017 at 11:00 a.m at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope. The family will receive friends one hour prior to funeral service.
