Eva Jeanne Mitcham

Eva Jeanne Mitcham, age 72, of Monroe, GA, passed away Friday, March 3, 2023.

She was a former resident of Elberta, AL.  Jeanne was a loving mother and grandmother who loved to fish and spend time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wade Mitcham; father, Herman Doege, Jr.; brother, Randy Doege.

She is survived by her daughters, Kim (Chris) Still, Monroe, GA, Tanya (Gary) Evans, Crestview, FL; mother, Katie Denham, Elberta, AL; brother, Keith (Vickie) Doege, Elberta, AL; sisters, Terry Gilley, Elberta, AL, Donna (Doug) Morgan, Summerdale, AL, Denise (Allen) Collins, Magnolia Springs, AL, Shannon Morgan, Elberta, AL; 4 grandchildren, Caleb, Mya, Tyler and Jacob; numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held, 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Foley. 

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home Chapel, Foley. 

Interment will follow in Lay Cemetery, Elberta.
