ELLIS  LILLIAN, ALABAMA Emily Marie Ellis, age 18, a lifelong resident of Lillian, AL, entered into heaven and joined her Heavenly Father, on Sunday morning, October 14, 2018. Eme was a freshman at Auburn University studying pre-pharmacy with an interest in Marine Pharmacology. She was a Pi Beta Phi Sorority pledge. Eme was a feisty, special, sensitive, kind, smart and thoughtful girl, who spread big love wherever she went. From the soccer field to the basketball and volleyball court, to the football field where she cheered for the Catholic High School Crusaders, she spread fun and happiness with her infectious smile. Eme had many friends because she was always there for her friends and family no matter the circumstances. Along with her dedication to her friends, Eme loved her dogs, her creek, her music and her boating. She was a tenacious fishing woman, but most of all she loved her family and her God. St. Paul’s nourished Eme from child birth with wonderful Christian guidance, and we thank all those who offered their time so graciously. Eme is survived by her loving family, her parents, Kerry and David, her brother, Gage, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and her grandmothers; Mary Lou Ryan and Shirley McKinney. A visitation for friends and family will be on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Foley from 1:00pm Until 3:00pm with a Celebration of Eme’s Life at 3:00pm.
