Emily Gilheart

Emily Harrison Gilheart, age 84, a longtime resident of Fairhope, AL, passed away Monday, January 2, 2023. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo “Bud” Gilheart; son, Kip Gilheart; daughter, Leah Gilheart; and granddaughter, JoAnne Gilheart. Her survivors include her daughter, Marla Gilheart Stuart; grandson, Hunter Stuart; granddaughter, Belle Johnson; great grandchildren, Sebastian Johnson, Jaxson Johnson, Jade Scribe, Hanley Turner and Haylex Turner; daughter-in-law, Maria Gilheart-Pierce (Jerry); many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Sunday, January 8, 2023, from 12:00 until 1:00pm at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 at Barnwell Community Cemetery.
