Elzie Berry

Elzie Berry, age 78, a longtime resident of Tightwad, MO, passed away Thursday May 23, 2019.He is survived  by his wife, June of Daphne, AL; son, Ronald Berry of Kansas City, MO; daughter, Tria Berry of Merritt Island FL; and  three grandchildren, Brittani Eloise of Mobile, Al and Kelsi and Blade Williams of Ocean Springs, MS, along with the numerous friends and loving relatives.  Elzie and his wife, June, of 56 years (674 months) recently moved to Daphne, AL.  He was a lifelong member of the Missouri State Teachers Association, and a member of the Clinton Christian Church where he served as elder and recently joined Fairhope Christian Church.   Elzie will be remembered for years as an educator, a loyal scout master, his amazing knitting skills, his many gardens, fish ponds and the love he shared with all of us.
