Edward "Allen" Strauss

Edward “Allen” Strauss, age 72, passed away on April 11, 2023 surrounded by family. He was a 1969 graduate of Foley High School & a resident of Perdido Beach, AL. He was preceded in death by his parents Ed & Mable Strauss. Surviving family include his daughter, Genevieve (Brent) Hutfless of Daphne, AL, his son Eddie (Susan) Strauss of Loxley, AL, 4 grandchildren Rylan, Madison, Kamryn & Rowan; his sister, Elsie Reed of Foley, AL and his niece & nephew Lanessa Reed Hunter & Jimmy Reed of Whitefish, MT. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff of Southern Care hospice, especially Kevin, Brooke & Ashli who cared for Allen over the past 3 months.
