Dr. Harold Todd Chambliss D.M.D.

Chambliss, Dr. Harold Todd, age 55, a resident of Fairhope, AL. passed away unexpectedly June 4, 2022 surrounded by his loving wife, Ann, and family. Todd was a devoted and loving husband to Ann for 30 years. He was a fierce family man, making Ann and his three girls the center of his life. He was a cherished son and a beloved brother to four. And he was a friend to everyone he met. Todd and his family worshipped at 3 Circle Church in Fairhope AL. He was a strong man of faith and believed in giving of himself and his talents to his community and those in need. He had a warm presence and his joy radiated to those around him. Todd did not rush through life - he took his time - with people and places. He took time to speak to everyone he knew in a very genuine way - because Todd truly cared. He was a great outdoorsman forever involved in hunting, fishing or gardening - and he loved Alabama Football. He left a legacy to remember. His was a life well lived. Todd was born and raised in Mobile, Al. He graduated from The University of Alabama with a degree in Corporate Finance and The University of Alabama Birmingham School of Dentistry with his Doctorate of Dental Medicine Degree. Todd spent two years at Tufts University as a pediatric resident and completed his dental training at UAB School of Dentistry. In 2001, Todd opened his own practice- Daphne Pediatric Dentistry. His gentle and funny nature suited him well for such a practice with children. Dr. Todd is survived by his wife, Ann Mattox Chambliss; daughters, Caroline Ann Chambliss, Mary Elizabeth Chambliss, and Sarah Margaret Chambliss; parents Dr. Charles Lunsford and Marilyn O’Gwynn Chambliss; brothers, Charle Lunsford Chambliss, Jr (Ann Hecker), Jeffrey O’Gwynn Chambliss (Emily Bowman), John Coleman Chambliss and Clifton Scott Chambliss; and a brother-in-law Horace Craig Mattox III; nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends. Funeral Services will be held Friday, June 10, 2022 at 3 Circle Church, Fairhope, AL. Visitation will begin at 11:00 A.M. Service to begin at 12:00 P.M. A private family Interment will be held at Memory Gardens of Fairhope following the funeral.
