SANTA CRUZ LILLIAN, AL Dorothy “Dotsie”Mae Santa Cruz, age 88 a resident of Lillian, AL , passed away, Tuesday, March 17, 2020 with her loving family by her side. Dotsie was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, an avid reader, devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Preceded in death by her parents; Arthur P. and Dolly Lewis; brothers, Chester Lewis, Charles “Tiny” Lewis, Clarence “Butch” Lewis; sister, Debbie Lewis; and one granddaughter, Raven Santa Cruz. Survivors include her husband of 67 years, John H. Santa Cruz of Lillian, children; Sheila Emmert of Mobile, John Harry Santa Cruz, Jr. of Foley, Paulette Maurin of Daphne, AL ,Christopher (Melody) Santa Cruz of Foley, Michael L. (Jennifer) Santa Cruz of Elberta, Daniel Santa Cruz of Foley, David Santa Cruz of Elberta; eighteen grandchildren, ten great grandchildren; sisters, Shirley Davis of Hampton, VA, Barbara Ann Piggott of Wilmer, AL, Elaine Saucier of Satsuma, AL, nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.
