David Benjamin Roberts

David Benjamin Roberts, age 69, a resident of Fairhope, AL, passed away Monday, May 31, 2021. He was the owner/operator of Fairhope Auto Parts and was a member of the Optimist Club.. David graduated from Fairhope High School in 1970 then went on to Faulkner State Junior College earning an associate degree. He was a member of the Beta Club during his high school years. David loved to sail, water ski, and entertain his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, David E. Roberts and Faye Roberts; brother, James “Ed” Roberts and sister, Carolyn R. O’Shields. His survivors include his sister, Susan R. (Jimmy) Knight of Indian Trail, NC; niece, Jade Knight; other relatives and numerous friends. A Celebration of David’s Life will be held Saturday, June 12, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope. Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens of Fairhope.
