David Milligan

David Allen Milligan, 65, a current resident of Silverhill, and longtime resident of Loxley, passed away on Thursday, April 15, 2021. David was a proud mechanic who enjoyed Mopar and drag racing. He was an avid fisherman and a proud Vietnam War Veteran. He was preceded in death by his brother, Joseph Milligan, and is survived by his children, Zachery (Ashley) Milligan, Keri C. Ard, and Jason Milligan; mother, Phyllis D’arcy; brother, Curtis (Pam) Milligan; and grandchildren, Persephonie Milligan, Brady Milligan, Ava Ard, Irelynn Ard, Drake Milligan, and Slade Milligan. A memorial service will be held at 2:30pm on Friday, April 23, 2021 at Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spanish Fort, Alabama.
