Curtis is survived by his wife; Lisa Whitney Chapman of Fairhope; brother, Robert (Ann) Chapman; step-sons, Whit (Emily) Salter, Zack (Leah) Salter; grandchildren, Amelia Salter, Ethan Salter; nephew, Kevin Chapman; niece, Kristen Chapman and many other relatives and friends.
