FOLEY, AL Cletis Jay Ryan Sr., age 74, a resident of Little Lagoon Fishing Village, passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2017. Mr. Ryan was preceded in death by his daughter, Edna Faye Bishop. He is survived by 3 daughters; Coral Nan Gosa of North Carolina, Carolyn Yvonne Ryan of Elberta, Starla Ann Ryan Akram of Mobile, 4 sons; Jay Ryan Jr. of Foley, Clinton Allen Ryan of Gulf Shores, Toney William Ryan of Gulf Shores, Larry Edward Ryan of Robertsdale, 2 sisters; Doris Lee Southworth of Bon Secour, June Ester Nelson of Daphne, 22 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 18, 2017 at Lagoon Baptist Church, Gulf Shores, at 11:00 am. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
