Clarence Winston Durant, Jr., 73, a lifelong resident of Mobile and Baldwin Counties, and a current resident of Daphne, Alabama, passed away August 13, 2020. Winston was self-employed. His interests included sailing, cars, and amateur radio. Winston was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence Winston Durant, Sr. and Lucy Pegues Durant. Winston is survived by his sons, Tripp (Tanya) Durant of Birmingham, AL, Jeff (Mel) Durant of Bremerton, WA, Philip (Tiffany) Durant of Daphne, AL; sister, Charlotte Singletary of Birmingham, AL; grandchildren Tyler, Alison, Jackson, Tristan and Travis; former spouse Dona Smith of Daphne, AL. The family of Winston Durant wishes to thank Community Hospice and also the staff at Robertsdale Health and Rehabilitation for his care in his final days.
